I love your perspective and your voice. When I tried to explain your peer review essay to my husband, he said “That sounds niche” which gave me pause. Then, today you informed us it was the #1 most read piece! Fantastic read. I’m not in a scientific field but did write grant applications for telehealth projects long before the widespread adoption of telemedicine. In that process, I had to source peer reviewed research on the subject. Those papers were root canal worthy at best. Congrats for lifting that veil!

I work in psychiatry, and the bubbles that people in science live in are ridiculous. Thank you for doing this. Maybe I can follow your footsteps with what I'm writing. Maybe you can be the hero rather than the pop-sci villain you met =D

It’s been a low key dream of mine that people could just start doing science in new ways, without waiting for anyone’s permission.
Reading Experimental History has been a thrill because it feels like a step towards that.
It’s also fun as heck to read. Malcolm Gladwell (or whoever) can go boil his head.
